I would like to make an update in regards to the post I made about Custom Crops the other day.
I received an email from Katie at Custom Crops, offering me a $10.00 discount code towards my next purchase. Sometimes when poor customer service rears it's ugly head, you have to do something to improve it. I feel a little better, and will take advantage of this to give the company another shot. I will let you know how it goes.
